La Isla Bonita and La Isla Verde, that means the beautiful and green island the native ”Palmeros” call their island. This is true, because this green island of the canarian archipelago is indeed marvellous.

The residence La Brevera is in the small village Las Manchas Ariba, between Los Llanos de Aridane and San Nicolas in the west of the island. The country house is constructed in canarian style on an estate of 5000 square metres which is terraced. Here are growing many trees of all kinds, i.e. orange, almonds, mespilus germanica, and peaches, as well as palm-trees, cactus, wine grapes, blooming bushes and all kind of flowers, showing a rich vegetation. The terraced arrangement makes the apartments (2 apartments, 1 studio) absolutely independent. Situated on different levels each apartment has a large terrace and a separate entrance.
